Ahhhh, my birth month but also the month wherein I was super inactive blog-wise and reading-wise. So I turned 25 this month and it wasn’t really that special because I didn’t even feel like celebrating. Still, I got wonderful surprises from my friends and I’m going to receive a book from my roommate which will be Warcross by Marie Lu (she asked me to choose and obviously I needed to get my hands on that hyped book).
Also, I just need to share this good news with y’all. I’m now a rep for Owlcrate, which is the largest book subscription box company on Instagram! I’m going to rep for them for the month of October, November, and December! I’m just so excited because I never thought my photos were that good. I’m going to do my best to rep for them and I’m hoping you guys would use my code for your Owlcrate subscription. I’ll be updating you with my code soon.
So here is my September Wrap-Up and October TBR. If you guys are interested in getting the books listed below for free worldwide shipping, feel free to click the titles.
I wasn’t able to post a lot this month because I got sick and I had so much work to do. Fortunately, I was able to post before the month was over so you can check them all here:
Okay, this list is really bad but at least 3 is better than nothing, right?
BOOKS I READ
I can finally say that I’ve been in a reading slump this month because I just read a total of four books! The most I’ve read was 14 books a month and now we’re coming down to four and that is such a downgrade for me.
This has got to be my most favorite of all the three books from the series that I’ve read so far! I just love the new characters introduced here! I know everyone could’ve read this series by now but I’m gonna stop here because I know there are still some people who have yet to read this series.
I really really loved this trilogy but it took me almost two weeks to finish and I finally know what a reading slump is thanks to this book. It was partly my fault though because I got distracted by kdrama again and I was hella busy with school activities. Okay going back to the book, I never thought I’d be able to love a villain as much and I’m absolutely wishing for a Darkling or a Nikolai because they’re both my favorite characters. Mal and Alina can go disappear because I don’t hold an ounce of care for them for the entire series.
3. Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo 5 stars
Officially dubbed as my most favorite read of 2017! Reading this book was an insane ride of emotions and I just love it that I feel like rereading it again and again. If you haven’t read this yet, what are you doing with your life? Go click the title for your own badass copy with black edges.
4. Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo 5 stars
And it just gets better and better in the second book! My most favorite part has to be when some of my favorite characters in the Grisha trilogy popped in out of nowhere! And I was just spazzing near the end because Kaz just keeps pulling out tricks from his sleeve and just when you thought it couldn’t get better, more stunts just keep on slaying.

I’m going to very ambitious and pretend that I can read this really long list.
